This file actually originated from NVIDIA and was leaked by TechConnect. The drivers I think have been distributed by FutureMark to the press. The files are dated on the 21th of September 2004 and will work with GeForce FX and upwards.
The driver includes a handy setup.exe We recompressed it towards a 8 MB file-size.
